TERMS & CONDITIONS

By purchasing a ticket to Ziro Festival, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and all festival rules.

Tickets

  • All ticket prices are exclusive of applicable taxes.
  • Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Ticket prices are dynamic and could increase towards the festival. It is advisable to book early/ 
  • Each ticket admits one person only and is valid only for the dates specified.
  • Tickets include festival entry only. Accommodation, camping, transport and food must be purchased separately unless specifically included in your ticket package.
  • If you bought the ticket online, please present your ticket (printed or digital) along with a valid government-issued photo ID to collect your festival wristband.

Entry Requirements

  • Indian nationals must carry a valid Inner Line Permit (ILP).
  • Foreign nationals must carry a valid Protected Area Permit (PAP) and any other documents required by Indian authorities.
  • Entry may be denied without the required permits.

Programme Changes

  • Artist line-ups, schedules, workshops and activities are subject to change without prior notice.
  • No refunds will be issued in the event of artist cancellations, scheduling changes, weather conditions or circumstances beyond the organisers’ control.

Festival Rules

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone:

  • Respect fellow festival-goers, artists, staff and the local Apatani community.
  • There is no parking inside the festival area so plan accordingly.
  • Dispose waste responsibly using the designated recycling and waste bins.
  • Remove all personal belongings, tents, chairs and camping equipment when leaving.
  • Unattended items may be removed and disposed of by festival staff.
  • Large umbrellas, parasols, oversized chairs or any items that obstruct the view of others are not permitted near the stages.
  • Dangerous behaviour including moshing, crowd surfing, stage invasion, throwing objects or violence is strictly prohibited.
  • Excessive intoxication or disorderly conduct may result in removal from the festival without refund.
  • Smoking is permitted only in designated areas. Please dispose of cigarette waste responsibly.
  • Glass bottles, fireworks, explosives, weapons, illegal substances, narcotics and outside alcohol are strictly prohibited.
  • Follow all instructions given by festival staff, volunteers, security personnel and local authorities at all times.

Photography & Recording

  • Personal photography is welcome.
  • Professional cameras, video equipment, drones, audio recording equipment and commercial filming are prohibited without prior written approval.
  • Selfie sticks may not be used in crowded areas or in front of stages.

Health & Safety

  • Weather conditions in Ziro can change quickly. Please come prepared with appropriate clothing and rain gear.
  • Attendees participate at their own risk.
  • PWLO Entertainment Pvt Ltd, artists, contractors and partners shall not be liable for personal injury, illness, loss, theft or damage to personal property except where required by law.

Illegal Entry

Anyone attempting to enter the festival without a valid ticket or wristband may be removed from the premises, reported to the authorities and may be liable for legal action.

Local Community

Ziro Festival is hosted in partnership with the Apatani community. Please respect local customs, traditions, property and the natural environment throughout your visit.

Right of Admission

The organisers reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any person whose behaviour is unsafe, illegal or disruptive. No refunds will be provided in such cases.

Sustainability

Ziro Festival is committed to protecting the unique ecosystem of the Ziro Valley. We encourage every attendee to minimise waste, avoid single-use plastics and leave the festival grounds cleaner than they found them.

Intellectual Property

Ziro Festival® is a registered trademark owned exclusively by PWLO Entertainment Pvt Ltd. All festival branding, logos, artwork, photographs, videos, promotional materials and associated intellectual property are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. No unauthorised commercial use is permitted.

By purchasing a ticket and entering the festival, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
