Decency: We request you to not engage in any anti-social or unsolicited activities during the trip and at the campsite. The organizers reserve the right to withdraw all services in such cases.

Nature's Dominance: The organizers are not responsible for any refund arising from natural or man-made calamities beyond our control. Rainfall and muddy fields are common at Ziro.

Check-in Documents: Carry valid ID proof and a payment receipt (mobile receipts are accepted).

Accommodation: Tents are on a sharing basis, equipped with sleeping mats and bags. Please be patient with our team for additional needs.

Patience: Our campsite is not a resort. Our team members are catering to over 200 guests; please be patient.

Damages: Guests will be liable to pay for any damages to camp materials plus a Rs 1,000 logistics fee.

Respect Local Communities: Show respect to local traditions and communities.

Tourism Infrastructure: The tourism infrastructure is not very developed. Roads to camp could be muddy; carry appropriate clothing and shoes.

Itinerary Changes: Management reserves the right to alter the itinerary and cancel trips in unavoidable circumstances.

Transportation: Transfers from Naharlagun Railway Station to Ziro will be in a Tata Sumo on a sharing basis of 9-10 passengers. Private vehicle options are available at an added cost.
